Comfort Quest exists to take the fear out of healthcare and make every child’s experience amazing. Our technology mitigates healthcare-induced distress to minimize disruption and improve patient flow.

Based in Australia, our digital experiences reach children all around the world. Since launching in 2020 our vision has remained the same: take the fear out of nasty medical procedures.

Distress and anxiety during procedures can have lifelong, harmful implications on the child’s health.

During hospital and medical procedures, poor pain management not only harms the child, but negatively impacts the family and the dedicated healthcare professionals caring for them.

Two-thirds of children experience needle anxiety. 80% of children with chronic illness will experience anxiety from hospital alone.

It doesn’t have to be this way. There are plenty of proven methods that anyone can learn to help a child manage their pain and anxiety.

Clinicians are under increasing pressure to deliver back-to-back procedures.

This has a direct impact on the time and cost of delivering healthcare to children, not to mention the increased risk of non-compliance from a traumatic first poke.

With an extensive background designing digital learning experiences, Taylor has delivered an impressive portfolio of award-winning state government and corporate enterprise solutions in web, mobile and virtual reality technologies.

Taylor founded Comfort Quest to take the fear out of healthcare for children and make every experience amazing. He has developed a repeatable process for designing digital experiences that transform your patient experience.

When he's not designing innovative digital solutions or running a music festival, Taylor can be found adventuring outdoors with his young family and volunteering with his local sporting clubs.
