As digital becomes increasingly important—especially in the age of COVID—the foundation needed to modernize and transform its approach from information to a path to self-advocacy and action.
As their digital design and creative partner, Comfort Quest defined the vision of a future where technology delivers effective, engaging learning experiences. We didn’t stop there. We helped bring it to life. Our first challenge—creating Meg Foundation’s superhero character, SuperMeg—took just weeks from concept to MVP. From there, we took on the entire package of parent education and designed an engaging digital learning experience that builds capability and capacity in parents to better manage a child’s pain and healthcare-induced distress.
